Second Day in Rome

Friday was our second full day in Rome.  We went on a Pub Crawl the night before, so needless to say some of the girls didn't really feel like getting up super early.  We were out of our apartment by around noon and we headed straight to the Vatican.  When we were there I visited St. Peter's Basilica.  It was absolutely phenomenal.  Afterwards we walked near a castle but did not tour it because it cost a few too many euro.  Then we went and walked around the Piazza Navona and looked at local artists' work and some pretty fountains.  Eventually we ventured back home.  We all packed, showered, ate dinner together and then watched "Vicky, Christina Barcelona" in preparation for our finale in Spain.
